At PorthouseDean our mission is to be “best in class” in our field for every conceivable metric.
Whether this is the standard of our customer service, achieving the best value design for our clients, or career progression and the happiness of our engineers – whatever it is, we aspire to be the best.
The best businesses in this world are those that strive to understand the needs of their stakeholders. That is why PorthouseDean’s staff are trained to see things from the customer’s point of view – even when we may be subject to criticism – and to heed any concerns that may have been raised…
But our staff are also our stakeholders, and that is why we want to do as much as possible to ensure that they become well-rounded professionals who are equipped to deal with life’s challenges.
Our objective is to be here in the long term for our partners in the hope that they regard us as not only dependable, but indispensable to their ways of working, and intrinsic to their life objectives.
